Terms of service
Operator
This service is operated by Yourseoboard LLC, 400 Harbour Pl Dr, Apartment 1262, Tampa, FL 33602, United States. The service is an independent product: using it does not create an account or contract with another product. Shared ownership or contact addresses do not make user accounts or uploaded content public across services.
Using the service
These terms apply to dev.uk.app. Use the service lawfully and only if you have authority to accept these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so. You retain rights in your content and grant only the permission needed to carry out the processing, storage or delivery you request. You are responsible for lawful grounds to submit other people’s data.
API subscription terms
Both APIs are included in every plan. Free: 1,000 weather requests and 10,000 IP lookups per month. Pro: £29.90/month, 1,000,000 weather requests and 100,000 IP lookups. Business: £199.90/month, 10,000,000 weather requests and 1,000,000 IP lookups. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancel through Billing to stop the next renewal; access continues to the paid period end. No automatic paid overages. Quotas reset by UTC calendar month, independently of billing dates. Invalid and failed requests do not consume monthly units. Keys must be kept secret. Contact support@uk.app for billing errors, refund requests and mandatory consumer rights. We do not promise contractual uptime or exact geolocation.
Using IP tools
Only inspect systems you own or are authorised to test. IP location is approximate and may identify an ISP or VPN rather than a person or home. CGNAT conclusions and network results have technical limitations and are not guarantees. Review results before relying on them.
Restrictions, responsibility and complaints
We may suspend an action, content or account for material breach, unlawful activity, security threats, unpaid agreed charges or a binding legal requirement. Urgent action may precede notice; contact support@uk.app to provide evidence or ask for review. We do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections. Any other responsibility is assessed under applicable law, taking account of the service and the loss concerned.
Changes and contact
The version date identifies these terms. Material changes are made available through the service; changes do not retrospectively remove accrued mandatory rights. Contract, service and complaint questions go to support@uk.app; commercial questions go to sale@uk.app.
API subscription terms
Encrypted retry responses may be cached for ten minutes. Request history records API, status, units and timings for 30 days, without full keys or request targets. Account quotas are shared across projects and keys. Financial records are handled separately by Stripe.
